Tina and Amanda

Tina Louise (born Tina Louise) is an American writer, singer and performer well-known for her character Ginger Grant in Gilligan's Island. Her stage career began in the mid 1950s when she appeared in Two's Company, a Bettle-Davis musical. In the 1950s, she appeared as a stage actor in a few Broadway plays before breaking through into the spotlight with her hit song 'Lil' Abner's debut in 1957. The album was released by her too late for Tina in the in the same year. Louise debuted in Hollywood with God's Little Acre which was a dramatic which was made in 1958. She was Griselda who was a character from the film. She was enrolled at Actors Studio, New York in the same time and was Lee Strasberg's student. Louise joined CBS in 1964 as Ginger Grant. Louise continued to juggle her work effectively in between Broadway as well as Hollywood portraying somber characters as against her perceived image of being a glamorous doll. Amanda Tapping..........................Amanda Tapping is best known for her acting roles as Samantha Carter in the series Stargate. In SG-1 and Helen Magnus on Sanctuary. Recently she's also been an acclaimed director of well-known television series such as Supernatural and The 100. The family she was born into moved out of Essex to Toronto, where she spent her childhood and teenage years. Samantha Carter was chosen in 1997 for the role, and has remained there ever since.
