Taylor-Momsen

Taylor Momsen hails from St. Louis Missouri and is an American actor, model and singer. She is best known for her character Jenny Humphrey on the CW series Gossip Girl and as the leader of the rock group The Pretty Reckless. Momsen's music has been featured in films and television shows like How to Be Single Going the Distance as well as Two and a Half Men. Taylor Momsen was born on July 26 1993. she has a younger sister Sloane Momsen who is also an actress. She was trained as a dancer in the Center of Creative Arts St. Louis. Momsen began professional acting at the age of three on a commercial national in 1997 for Shake and Bake. Momsen's acting career was put to rest for three years before she was offered the role of lead in Misconceptions. Momsen also starred in Saving Shiloh in a movie from 2006. Momsen also tried out for the title role in Hannah Montana and was in the top three, but the role was instead awarded by Miley Cyrus.
